Snuggle Pets Privacy Policy

Snuggle Pets is a virtual pet game made for young children. We built it so that it collects nothing about the children who play it or the grown ups who look after them.

What we collect

Nothing. Snuggle Pets does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign ups, no names or photos sent anywhere, and no location tracking.

What stays on your device

The game remembers your pet's name, its care meters, stars, stickers, outfits and in game photos so you can pick up where you left off. This is saved only on your own device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes all of it. Grown ups can also clear everything with "Start over" in the Grown ups corner.

No ads, no tracking

Snuggle Pets has no advertising, no analytics, no third party tools and no links to websites. The game works fully offline and does not need an internet connection to play.

Optional purchases

Grown ups can buy optional extras (special pets, outfit packs and bags of stars) in the Family Shop. The Family Shop only opens after answering a grown up question. Every purchase is handled by Apple through your Apple Account, so we never see your name, email or payment details. The app only keeps a purchase receipt number on your device so a purchase is never counted twice, and it can ask Apple which extras you already own when you tap Restore purchases.

Children

Because we collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13, there is nothing for us to access, change or delete. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's rules for the Kids Category.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
